My Journey

Real estate is often viewed as a sales business.

I’ve always seen it differently.

Behind every successful brokerage is an operating system.

Behind every exceptional client experience are processes that work.

Behind every thriving agent is a support structure that allows them to focus on relationships instead of unnecessary complexity.

Over the years, I’ve worked across brokerage operations, compliance, transaction management, technology implementation, workflow design, and real estate advisory. That perspective has shown me how much opportunity exists to improve the way our industry works—for brokers, agents, and consumers alike.

Today, I focus on helping real estate organizations become more intentional, more scalable, and more human.

Beyond the Office

When I’m not immersed in brokerage strategy or real estate operations, you’ll usually find me somewhere outdoors.

Living in Jupiter, Florida has reinforced something I’ve always believed: where we live shapes how we live.

I enjoy time on the water, paddleboarding, scuba diving, exploring local communities, and spending time with my toy poodle, Albie. Those experiences keep me grounded and remind me that every real estate decision is ultimately about helping people build a life—not simply complete a transaction.
